The Expanded Learning before School program focuses on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of students through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. The program is offered on-site every school beginning at 7:00 a.m. Students will be considered for enrollment on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Expanded Learning after-school program focuses on developing students' academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. Students will be considered for enrollment on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact the program manager for questions regarding the status of an interest form submitted.

In person academic tutoring on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays through Breakthrough Sacramento for all subjects. 
Bus transportation will be available. The students taking the late bus home will be dropped off at one of the 11 Elementary schools. (Castori, Del Paso, Fairbanks, Garden Valley, Smythe K6, Strauch, Las Palmas, Northwood, Woodlake, Babcock, or Hagginwood.)

Willow way homework help in all subjects. Tutoring offered in Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian. This service is only available to English Learners. Contact Mr. Ramirez or Mr. Castillo if interested.

  • Stanford Settlement Neighborhood Center Teen Center

    • The Teen Center is a voluntary delinquency prevention program that provides support and encouragement for teens to stay in school, set and strive towards goals, and build healthy relationships with peers, parents, school, and the community. Youth in the 7th through 12th grades may participate. 
 
  • Roberts Family Development Center

    • Provide services to the Greater Sacramento area that meet the individual needs of each family member. RFDC services provide a holistic approach focusing on PreK-12th grade academic support and enrichment, parent education and engagement, and community involvement and advocacy.
 
  • Breakthrough Sacramento

    • Breakthrough Sacramento provides a year-round, tuition-free, college preparatory program for academically-motivated, ethnically diverse students from under-resourced schools in the Sacramento area.
